Consultations are free to discuss your issue or requirements. Consultations last 15-30mins depending on the service required. You can also email us your requirements and we can let you know how we can help.

Remote Support - From £15

Remote support is the quickest method of support we offer, and also the most cost efficient. Prices start from just £15 but if your issue requires something onsite, we also provide in-person support.

Onsite Support - From £25

Any onsite or in-person support is charged at £25p/h. Additional costs may be incurred for parts or software subscriptions.

Repairs - From £25

We also cover hardware repairs to get your computer running smoothly again. Repairs are charged at £25p/h plus the cost of any parts required for repair.

New Device Setup - £50

Take the stress out of setting up a new device and let us do it for you. We can set up your new computer or mobile device for you in no time. Any software subscriptions required by users will need to be purchased by users - we can help you with this if you're unsure!

Knowledge Hour - £25

Do you or a loved one need a little extra help with your tech? This service is specifically for those who aren't "tech-savvy" and need to learn something new. This 1hr session can cover whatever tech knowledge you need whether it's learning how to use a new device, social media platform or anything else. Sometimes you just need someone friendly and approachable to show you the ropes and that's what we're here for.
